A Crispy Noodle Update — 3 Years

A little status update behind the scenes here at The Crispy Noodle headquarters…

For those that don’t know, Michael Costanzo and I have been recording this podcast called The Crispy Noodle. 3 years and 150 episodes ago, we just said “let’s just record our ridiculous conversations into a podcast.” It took some time to pinpoint what works and what doesn’t for the show, but somehow, we have a blueprint for a fun, informative, and entertaining show.

We have over 300 likes on our Facebook page, have had some crazy interviews ranging from The Raccoon Man to Guardian Shield, fun videos from TooManyGames, and, somehow, a Sausage Rap remix that almost has 15,000 plays.

And now, I’m excited to announce we’re going to trademark the word “Noodle.” If you want to ever post a video, photo, or post with the word “Noodle” in it online, you must pay us money to be part of the “Noodle Network” to use our copyrighted Noodle– just kidding, we’re not big corporations.

Actually, we’re just the opposite. Mike and I literally do everything for The Crispy Noodle in our spare time. Which really makes all the progress we’ve made that much sweeter — no paid advertising, no sponsors, nothing. When you hear the podcast or a promo, it’s purely us, two friends in a kitchen in Philadelphia, just talking about what’s up and inviting you to listen in. No bullshit.

So why am I writing this update? We do have some news. In the coming weeks, we are going to take the show to the visual medium and start to do VIDEO NOODLES. If you thought our promos on SoundCloud were hilarious, wait until you see Mike and I actually recording. These will be short clips that we’ll make regularly and post on our YouTube page.

Just like the podcast itself, it will take some time to see how it’ll work before we detail an exact schedule for them. But in case you were wondering if we’ve been a little quieter than usual, it is because we are planning on the next phase of development for The Crispy Noodle.

Thank you for being a part of our little show, and we look forward to giving you more entertaining content to make the ultimate meal for your mind — The Crispy Noodle.
